*Program Change* Due to the struggling economy and the growing difficulty in finding employment, residents may be allowed to look for part-time local work after the first 30 days, pending program director approval.
Phase 1
First 3 months
Phase 1 is when the residents begin their journey at Ray of Hope Ranch. It is 3 months long and requires residents to make a clean break from their past lives and begin their path to living the life that God has for them. Residents will begin their day with morning devotions and are required to attend and participate in all studies, services and meetings set forth by Ray of Hope Ranch. They will begin life skills classes and vocational training. Residents will not have any visitors or phone calls for the first two weeks, nor will they be allowed to leave the ranch unsupervised or have outside jobs during Phase 1of the program.
Phase 2
3-6 months
After successful completion of Phase 1, residents may begin to look for part time local work. They still are required to attend morning and evening studies, as well as church services and group counseling sessions. They are only allowed to leave the ranch unsupervised for approved time periods for work only. It is a time for residents to begin to reintegrate slowly back into society and continue on their path to restoration.
Phase 3
6-12 months
After successful completion of Phase 2, residents may begin to look for full time work. They will still live, eat meals and attend meetings at the ranch. This is the time for residents to get back out into the real world and begin to reclaim the lives that the enemy stole from them. They will be given plenty of support and all the tools they need to be successful.
